Since when does the Digital Leader Program exist?
Andre Ottlik started as a freelance consultant, coach and trainer in Berlin in 2009. In 2015 this became Startup Workshops, and since 2020 it has been the Digital Leader Program. The leadership workshop series was developed together with client organisations since 2010.
Where is the Digital Leader Program based?
The company, DLP Digital Leader Program GmbH, is based in Berlin. With consultants, trainers and coaches in Berlin and Lisbon we support teams across Europe, remote, hybrid and on site.
Why series instead of single seminars?
Because real development happens in the transfer: when what you learned arrives in daily work, gets tried out and actually changes something. That is why our methods are built for sustainability and we build long-term relationships with our clients.
