How many coaches and trainers does the Digital Leader Program have?

We are a small, specialised team of experienced coaches and trainers. Depending on the project and focus we bring in the right people, for the best fit between coach and client.

Where is the Digital Leader Program based?

With consultants, trainers and coaches in Berlin and Lisbon, we support teams across Europe. All programs can be booked remote and hybrid.

Can I work directly with Andre Ottlik?

Yes. As founder and head coach, Andre is directly involved in many coaching and workshop projects. In the first call we clarify who from our team fits your situation best.

Do you work with international teams?

Yes. All programs are available in English, and we have many years of experience with international and multicultural teams.
