Developed together with our clients since 2009

Behind every name on this page is more than a project: a collaboration from which both sides took something away. Every organisation has helped shape our methods, through honest feedback, new challenges and one question: what does it really take for leaders and teams to get better here?

From start-ups to international corporations

Fast-growing start-ups like HelloFresh and Mister Spex, which grew from small teams to hundreds of employees. Tech companies like EGYM and Conceptboard, working remote-first or hybrid. Established mid-sized companies like Weber and Melitta, developing their leadership culture. Research organisations like Fraunhofer and universities like TU Berlin. And international companies like adidas and Etsy.

What they have in common: they recognised that in a changing world of work, developing human skills and leadership is not an optional bonus, but a strategic necessity. Nine out of ten clients book again.

Case studies

Situation, format and result from recent projects.

  • A six-month boost for a growing consulting firm

2026 · six formats in six months · hybrid

Situation: JKM, a growing consulting firm with several locations, wanted to develop its consultants while project work kept running.

Format: two leadership series on self-management, everyday consulting work and communication, the second one as a refresher in which participants explain the content to each other and practise first coaching skills. Plus individual coaching, a resilience workshop, presentation and sales pitch training and a sales session on follow-ups and calls to action. First and last session on site, the ones in between remote.

Result: consultants better equipped for their own work, a mixed group of first-timers and repeat participants that carried each other, concrete everyday to-dos for less stress, and a shared starting point in sales. Participation was high at every level, compared with other companies strikingly so.

  • Culture work with a venture capital team on two continents

Since 2024 · Berlin, Rome and remote

Situation: Future Energy Ventures (FEV), the Berlin-based venture capital investor for the energy transition, with a small team working from Berlin, Rome, Israel and Silicon Valley, some also from Madrid and Essen. A team that rarely shares a room and, in its own words, had long relied on an informal shared understanding of how it works together.

Format: a leadership series in 2024, then on-site and off-site workshops on collaboration in Berlin and Rome, a series on self-management, communication and feedback for the team, presentation coaching for internal knowledge sharing, workshops with partners and team on purpose, values, meetings and decisions, and individual coaching. At the 2026 offsite: a Culture Code workshop. Future picture first, then a look at today, then a handful of principles the team describes in its own words and plays through against real situations.

Result: What began as a leadership series in 2024 has become an ongoing partnership: each format builds on the last, and the team brings us back in for the next stage. The Culture Code puts on one page what already makes this team what it is: how it works together, how it makes decisions, and how new colleagues across cities and time zones quickly become part of it.

“Andre picks up on team dynamics that others often miss and asks the right questions at exactly the right time.”

What clients say

Portrait of Tom Tinel

What stood out most was Andre's ability to get the whole leadership team genuinely engaged. […] The lasting impact has been a much stronger sense of shared ownership across the leadership team: clearer on each other's styles, more aligned on priorities, and more intentional about how we collaborate.
