  1. Intro call30 minutes, free: what is going on, and whether coaching is the right format.
  2. GoalsIn the first session we agree what should be different at the end, in your words, sometimes together with the company.
  3. SessionsBy half day or as a package, remote or on site, in English or German.
  4. Steps in betweenAfter each session one step to try in daily work, and next time we look at what happened.

What we discuss stays between us. If there is a goal conversation with the company, it takes place transparently, with you involved.

Questions about executive coaching

What does executive coaching cost?

Executive coaching starts at EUR 500 per hour. The total depends on the format: single half days or a package of several sessions over a few months. After a 30-minute call you get an offer for your situation.

Who books the coaching?

Usually the company books coaching for one of its leaders or founders. Leaders can also book it for themselves.

What topics do you work on in coaching?

The most common ones: a new role, a difficult team situation, conflicts with colleagues, giving feedback, feedback to your own manager, working with your managers, self-management and priorities, keeping your balance under pressure, decisions, and how to bring AI into your team.

Is the coaching confidential?

Yes. What we discuss stays between coach and coachee. Sometimes there is a goal conversation with the company; it always takes place transparently, with the coachee involved.

Does coaching work remotely?

Yes. Most sessions run by video call, on site is possible as well. Coaching runs in English or German.

Coaching for one person or for the whole team?

Coaching is one to one. If several leaders in a team are working on the same topics, Leadership Essentials or a workshop is usually the better choice, and coaching can accompany it.

Is coaching a replacement for therapy?

No. Coaching works on your goals and your situation at work. If pressure turns into health problems, coaching does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic help, and we say so openly.

How soon can we start?

After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week. A first session is usually possible within a few weeks, depending on both calendars.
