How much time do you take for leadership?

Many (junior) managers I have met have not yet separated themselves from their operational activities and only spend time on the topic of leadership when it's burning (or the annual appraisal interviews have been put on the schedule by HR).

A provisional 2-3 hours per week would already push the team vibe significantly and the time spent would probably "pay back" from week 2 onwards. Often there is simply a lack of awareness of the importance.

How much time do you take per MA and for your team to look at it as a leader? How much time do you invest in yourself as a leader?
