In the mastermind your leaders meet every two weeks with a facilitator and a clear structure. They keep each other on track, and they get to know colleagues from other teams who face similar questions.

What is a mastermind group?
A mastermind is a peer-to-peer mentoring group: members solve their challenges with ideas and advice from the others. The idea goes back to Napoleon Hill, who described it almost a century ago. We combine it with the High Performance Coaching model by Michael Breen, adapted by Christian Pessing and Andre Ottlik.
Who is the mastermind for?
For companies that want their leaders to learn from each other across teams and departments, and to bring coaching techniques into their own leadership. We run each mastermind as an internal group for one company.
What does the mastermind cost?
EUR 10,000 per internal group of up to eight leaders. After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week.
How is it different from Leadership Essentials?
Leadership Essentials works through six leadership topics with a clear structure. In the mastermind the leaders bring their own current challenges, coach each other and learn coaching along the way. Many companies combine both: first the series, then the mastermind to keep going.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. At the start, the group agrees on confidentiality together, so everyone can share real challenges.
Do the leaders need coaching experience?
No. In the first sessions they learn the basics of coaching; from the second session on they coach each other.
How soon can we start?
After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week. A group can usually start three to four weeks later, once the eight leaders are set.
