Who it is for
-
Whole teams and departments
When a team learns together, it builds a shared language, shared rituals and shared habits. That works better than sending individuals to a course.
-
Professionals in hybrid work
People who juggle many tools, channels and expectations, and want to organise themselves, communicate clearly and give feedback as a matter of course.
What participants take away
- Priorities and focusSeeing what really matters and protecting the time it needs.
- Clear communicationWriting and speaking so that messages land, without endless follow-up questions.
- Fewer conflictsSolving conflicts, or not letting them arise in the first place.
- Working with managersDealing better with team members and with your own manager.
- Saying noSetting boundaries, delegating and taking on tasks on purpose.
- Better decisionsClear to-dos and decisions instead of open loops.
- BalanceTechniques to stay calm and keep your energy over the week.
- PeersColleagues to exchange with, during and after the series.
Three sessions
- Self-leadershipWhat keeps you from productive work. Time and self-management tools such as Eisenhower, Pareto and Getting Things Done. The right channel for each message. Emails, apps and being reachable. Sleep, exercise and relaxation. Your own balance.
- CommunicationWhy check-ins matter in remote work. Four levels of listening. Rapport and attention. Questions that lead others to their own answers. Shorter, more productive meetings.
- FeedbackCommunicating more consciously. Understanding different types of people, including yourself. Giving feedback that lands, and receiving it well.

Questions about Core Skills
What is the difference between Core Skills and Leadership Essentials?
Leadership Essentials is for leaders and covers leadership identity, leading a team, feedback and one-to-ones. Core Skills is for professionals and focuses on self-management, communication, feedback and productive collaboration in daily work.
How many sessions does the series have?
The standard is three sessions of three hours, every two weeks over six weeks. On request we add modules, for example on conflict management.
How many people can take part?
Up to 12 people from one team or department, ideally 7. Learning together works better than sending individuals to a course.
What does Core Skills cost?
EUR 7,500 per group of up to 12 people for three sessions of three hours. With 10 participants that is EUR 750 per person.
Can leaders and professionals take part together?
It is possible, but not always the best choice, because topics and tone differ. If needed, we design a format that works for mixed groups.
Is the series available in English?
Yes. All content is available in English and German.
How quickly do we see results?
After the first session participants often report that they handle concrete things differently at work. The biggest effects build up over the whole series, because people try things out between sessions.
How soon can we start?
After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week. A series can usually start three to four weeks later.
