Who it is for

Client pitch, leadership update, board meeting or all-hands: in almost every role it matters to communicate clearly and make an impact.

  • Sales teams

Who want to present products and projects to the point, handle objections and win more deals.

  • Leaders

Who want to inspire their teams instead of only informing them, and hold their own in front of the board.

  • Founders and professionals

Who present regularly and want more weight in important meetings, with less stage fright.

What you practise

We work directly on your real presentations and situations.
Three parts, combined as you need them.

  • Part 1: Content

    • Storytelling that works in business, without being cheesy
    • Sales basics: your audience's needs, your edge, why they should buy
    • Handling objections before they come up
    • Goal and audience of your presentation
    • What goes on a slide, and what definitely does not
    • A structure that holds attention from start to end
  • Part 2: Preparing with AI

    • Claude, ChatGPT and Co. for research, structure and first drafts
    • Prompts that start from your goal and audience, not from “make me ten slides”
    • Slides and visuals with AI tools, checked for facts, data and image rights
    • Keeping your own voice when every AI deck starts to look the same
    • AI as a sparring partner for questions and objections
    • What the tool cannot do for you: the room, the pause, the eye contact
  • Part 3: Presenting

    • Basics of effective communication
    • Presence and charisma, without pretending
    • Voice, facial expression and gestures
    • Limiting beliefs and stage fright, turned into energy
    • Practise, practise, practise, with high-quality feedback
    • Video recording, to see your own impact

We talk about who presents what, and how the training would look for your team.

Presentations with Claude, ChatGPT and Co.

AI tools turn a first draft into slides in minutes. That saves time, and it brings new questions: are the numbers right, may this client data go into the tool, may we use this image, and why does every deck suddenly sound the same?

In the training we use AI where it helps, in research, structure, wording and visuals, and practise what stays human: knowing what you want your audience to feel, reading the room and standing behind your message. Andre wrote a three-part series about it in his newsletter, Presenting with AI, from story to stage.

On stage and on camera

Many presentations happen online today, and different rules apply there: presence on camera, a voice without the room, energy without being in the same place. That can be practised.

We train both: presenting in the room and in video calls. With consultants, trainers and coaches in Berlin and Lisbon, we work with teams across Europe.

Questions about presentation training

What exactly do you practise in the presentation training?

Structure, storytelling, language, body language and voice, slide design, preparing presentations with AI tools, and dealing with nerves. Always with your real presentations and situations, not invented exercises.

Do you cover presenting with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes. We show how to use Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools for research, structure, first drafts and slides, and what to watch out for: facts that need checking, confidential data, images you may not use, and stories that all sound the same. AI helps you prepare; the presenting is still yours.

How many people can take part?

It works best in small groups of up to 10 people, so there is enough time for individual feedback. Larger groups are possible when a basic input is the focus.

Can the training take place remotely?

Yes. Presenting on camera is its own skill, and we practise exactly what video calls and online meetings need. On site we practise presenting in the room.

How long does a training take?

From half a day as an intensive format to several sessions over a few weeks, depending on your goal and how deep you want to go.

Who is the training for?

For sales teams, leaders, founders and everyone who presents regularly, internally or externally.

What does the training cost?

It depends on scope and group size. After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week.

How soon can we start?

After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week. A training can usually take place three to four weeks later, in time for the next big presentation.
