- Yeah. Thank you. Jules, that certainly flatters me. But is your feedback really something I should orient myself by as a person? That's exactly the question we are addressing today. Why is human feedback still valuable and hopefully stays it? And what is it that AI can't provide? What exactly is missing?

- and I'm Jules Andres AI co-host this week is all about feedback. Today we'll explore why human feedback is so special. On Wednesday, we'll look at how to better receive feedback and on Friday, how you can give it more effectively to others. According to a recent Harvard study, good feedback can boost team performance by up to twenty percent. More importantly, feedback not only strengthens social connections, but also team cohesion and employee retention.

- That's why we have two exercises for you today. First, think of a situation where human feedback really helped you progress. Who gave you that feedback? What did it trigger in you? For example, my former mentor Chris, once gave me the feedback that I should stick to what I had agreed upon. I had postponed a free workshop at a ten day personal development camp to the next day. Chris was my role model. His feedback was valuable and had an impact in the fifteen years since then, such a thing has never happened again. It contributed to my reliability and integrity. Thank you Chris.

- Second, try asking an AI for feedback and pay attention to what might be missing in that process. Use, for instance, an AI tool and compare the feedback you receive from it with what you get from a human. Besides the technical impact, reflect on the difference in your feelings and motivation toward change.

- In summary, human feedback is irreplaceable for feeling truly connected and supported. If you like the podcast, subscribe to 3 minutes max.,
