One-off
The first joint series at the normal price of the format, for example EUR 15,000 for Leadership Essentials or EUR 7,500 for Core Skills. The second series, led by your trainers with our feedback, at half the price.

Annual licence
EUR 9,000 or EUR 4,500 per year
EUR 9,000 for Leadership Essentials, EUR 4,500 each for Core Skills, culture design and presentation training. Up to three trainers, any number of internal groups, updates, boards, open hours and Slack or Teams. Each further trainer EUR 1,000 per year.

Pay per group
For smaller companies
Instead of the annual licence: 10% of the external price for each group your trainers run themselves, for example EUR 1,500 for Leadership Essentials or EUR 750 for Core Skills.

What exactly do we get with the Concept Kit?
Tested workshop concepts on leadership and human skills, ready-made online whiteboards, exercises and handouts, the Leadership Framework presentation, an AI assistant and our knowledge base, plus joint series, trainer feedback and ongoing support from our master trainers.
Which formats are included?
Leadership Essentials, Core Skills, culture design workshops and presentation training. In the first call we agree which formats your trainers will run.
What does the Concept Kit cost?
You start with two joint series: the first at the normal price of the format, the second, led by your trainers with our feedback, at half the price. After that the annual licence costs EUR 9,000 for Leadership Essentials and EUR 4,500 each for Core Skills, culture design and presentation training, for up to three trainers; each further trainer costs EUR 1,000 per year. Smaller companies can instead pay 10% of the external price per group they run themselves.
How does the licence work?
The materials are licensed for internal use in your organisation. Your trainers may adapt them and add your own content. The annual licence covers up to three trainers and any number of internal groups, plus updates, open hours and support.
Is there a minimum term?
We agree that individually. Our goal is a long-term partnership in which your trainers keep getting updates and support.
Do our trainers need a special qualification?
No. The Concept Kit is designed so that people without formal trainer training can start with it. We support the onboarding and are there for questions.
How often are the contents updated?
Regularly. Topics like AI, remote work, hybrid leadership and culture design change quickly, and our materials keep up. As a Concept Kit user you get the updates automatically.
For how many internal trainers is the kit?
For a single trainer as well as for a whole internal coaching community. We work out the right setup with you in the first call.
How soon can we start?
After a 30-minute call you get an offer within a week. Onboarding for your trainers can usually start three to four weeks later.
